Lagringsanl\u00e6gget er en del af et integreret fjernvarmesystem, der forsyner et stort byomr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5get d\u00e6kker ca. 11.000 m\u00b2 og spiller en central rolle for systemets samlede ydeevne. Dets prim\u00e6re funktion er at minimere varmetabet og sikre en stabil drift gennem hele lagerstedets levetid.<\/p>\n<p>Designet tager fat p\u00e5 en af de st\u00f8rste udfordringer i PTES-systemer: h\u00e5ndtering af fugt, luft og ydre forhold. L\u00f8sningen omfatter kontrolleret h\u00e5ndtering af damp, nedb\u00f8r og ventilation, hvilket sikrer, at isoleringsevnen opretholdes over tid.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 systemniveau fungerer lagringsanl\u00e6gget som et termisk batteri med en kapacitet p\u00e5 omkring 3.300 MWh. Varmen lagres, n\u00e5r produktionsomkostningerne er lave, og frigives, n\u00e5r eftersp\u00f8rgslen stiger, hvilket underst\u00f8tter en fleksibel og effektiv drift af fjernvarmenettet.<\/p>\n<p>Projektet viser, hvordan konstruktionen af kritiske komponenter \u2013 s\u00e5som l\u00e5get \u2013 har direkte indflydelse p\u00e5 gennemf\u00f8rligheden af termisk lagring i stor skala.
