Das Projekt befasst sich mit einem kritischen Problem: dem Versagen der urspr\u00fcnglichen PTES Abdeckkonstruktion aufgrund von Feuchtigkeitsansammlungen in den D\u00e4mmschichten, was zu irreversiblen Sch\u00e4den gef\u00fchrt hat.<\/p>\n<p>Die L\u00f6sung zielt darauf ab, den Deckel durch ein neu entwickeltes, zertifiziertes System zu ersetzen und dabei so viel wie m\u00f6glich von der vorhandenen Isolierung wiederzuverwenden. Dieser Ansatz senkt sowohl die Kosten als auch die Umweltbelastung und stellt gleichzeitig die Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit des Lagers wieder her.<\/p>\n<p>Im Mittelpunkt der Modernisierung steht eine speziell entwickelte Deckelkonstruktion, die Feuchtigkeit reguliert, W\u00e4rmeverluste verhindert und langfristige strukturelle Stabilit\u00e4t gew\u00e4hrleistet. Das von Lloyd\u2019s Register zertifizierte Design gew\u00e4hrleistet einen zuverl\u00e4ssigen Betrieb \u00fcber eine voraussichtliche Lebensdauer von rund 25 Jahren.<\/p>\n<p>Der Auftrag f\u00fcr das Projekt wurde im Rahmen einer \u00f6ffentlichen Ausschreibung vergeben, bei der besonderer Wert auf Kosteneffizienz und technische Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit gelegt wurde. Die ausgew\u00e4hlte L\u00f6sung vereint beides: eine robuste Konstruktion, die bekannten Ausfallmechanismen Rechnung tr\u00e4gt, und einen Ansatz, der den Austausch von Bauteilen auf ein Minimum reduziert.<\/p>\n<p>Das Speichersystem ist Teil eines gr\u00f6\u00dferen Fernw\u00e4rmenetzes, das rund 1.400 Abnehmer versorgt. Dieses Projekt zeigt, wie gezielte Modernisierungen \u2013 insbesondere bei der Konstruktion des Deckels \u2013 den Wirkungsgrad wiederherstellen und die Lebensdauer der Anlage verl\u00e4ngern
