Project Manager

You know what it takes to manage a technically complicated project with many interfaces. You’ve stood in the middle of it when things get difficult – and you keep your overview and your good humour. You are resilient, structured and a skilled communicator – with colleagues and customers alike. You thrive on responsibility and are not afraid to take the lead.

What will you be doing?

You will be the responsible project manager on one or more of our projects, working closely with engineers, technicians, sales and external partners. In practice, this means managing projects from start-up to handover – with responsibility for time, quality and budget. Coordinating technical interfaces and working with subcontractors and customers, as well as supporting the sales department and maintaining commercial oversight throughout the project.

The workplace is our head office in Aalborg – with 30–50 travel days a year.

Who are you?

You are a qualified marine engineer (maskinmester) or have an equivalent technical background, with more than 5 years’ experience as a project manager. You have solid experience in establishing energy plants or similarly complex technical installations, strong process understanding, and the ability to quickly form a full overview.

You are at home in MS Project and Dynamics Navision. You communicate clearly and precisely in Danish and English at a high level, and German is a plus.

What matters most is that you take ownership, work in a structured way and are a skilled communicator – internally and externally. You are passionate about the green transition and thrive in an innovative environment shaped by change.
